1. Mr. Muhammad Arshad

Mr. Muhammad Arshad, Chief Executive of Eden Developers (Pvt.) Limited, Eden Builders Limited and Eden Homes at Lake City Limited, is an expert and a highly qualified person in the field of Construction, Engineering and Architecture and also a competent Manager. He is an associate member of the Institute of Architects of Pakistan (IAP) and a registered life member of Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners (PCATP). Mr. Muhammad Arshad has also been Vice Chairman (Architecture) of Pakistan Council of Architects and Town Planners and Honorary Secretary of the Institute of Architects Pakistan. He has many architectural awards to his credit. He has designed and supervised many large projects of housing, industrial, and hospital buildings.

2. Mr. M. Hammad Arshad

Mr. Muhammad Hammad Arshad achieved his Bachelors in Computer Sciences from Florida Institute of Technology, USA.

Before joining his father in Eden Builders limited, he also worked as Business Manager in Eden Developers (Pvt.) Limited for about two years. As Director he is actively involved in day to day business affairs and is playing a leading role in the development of new projects. He is personally supervising the procurement of land and introducing latest computer related techniques to bring the MIS department equipped with modern age requirements.

3. Mr. M. Murad Arshad

Mr. Muhammad Murad is the younger son of Mr. Muhammad Arshad. He achieved his Bachelors in Architect Designing from UK. The rationale behind inducting him as director of the company was to enable him to get an all-round hands-on experience of all the facets of the real estate development business.
